(UPPER MARLBORO, MD) The Honorable Ingrid M. Turner Council Member District 4 and Marilynn M. Bland Council Chairperson, presented a proclamation on behalf of herself and the Prince George’s County Council to the Bowie State University Women’s and Men's Cross Country Teams for their 2009 CIAA achievement.
The men's cross country team won the school's first ever CIAA Cross Country Championship (10/22/09) and the women's team were Co-Champions.
